Successfully Showcasing “Harmony in Fragmentation” at ARCH:ID 2025: A Collaboration of Aesthetics & Innovation in Building Materials
GRANITO, in collaboration with RB SHERA, successfully captured the attention of thousands of architects and professionals at ARCH:ID 2025, held at ICE BSD from May 8–11, 2025. Showcasing a curated booth under the theme “Harmony in Fragmentation”, the collaboration reinforced both brands’ positions as premium building material providers in modern architecture—while staying rooted in local values.
The concept “Harmony in Fragmentation – Where Contrasts Unite” was visually brought to life in the booth through a harmonious blend of contrasting elements—modern monolithic design fused with traditional Indonesian tropical touches—creating a uniquely captivating fragmented aesthetic. Laurentius Nicholas Rodeiques of Nomaden Design Studio emphasized that these differences can, in fact, work in synergy to create a rich and immersive architectural experience.
During the exhibition, GRANITO unveiled its flagship collections as ideal solutions for modern tropical architecture. More than just durable and eco-friendly, each collection features distinctive aesthetics and standout functionality. The Classictile collection, with the beloved Salsa Oasis Greystone & Ivory series, stood alongside innovations from the Artile collection. Notably, the Sanctuary Space and Nebula series feature Safe Tech technology, emphasizing safety and comfort. Meanwhile, the Stardust Eris series, with its shimmering effect, became the first of its kind to dramatically transform interior spaces. These collections affirm GRANITO’s commitment to delivering building materials that are both functional and rich in aesthetic value.
Beyond product displays, GRANITO also offered an interactive and collaborative space for visitors. A strategic partnership with IKEA, which furnished the booth with curated pieces, and Gavrabooks, which provided a curated selection of architectural literature, further enriched the visitor experience.
“Through our participation in ARCH:ID 2025, we aim not to stand alone, but to collaborate with various partners to present a cohesive visual experience of both buildings and interiors,” said Pinasthi, Brand Activation Manager at GRANITO. She further expressed hope that this collaboration would have a positive impact on Indonesian architecture and interior design, promoting harmony between modern aesthetics and local cultural values.
As part of their commitment to meaningful and sustainable architectural and interior design development, GRANITO also hosted inspirational talk shows at their booth. The first session, titled “Where Imagination Meets Reality”, featured Laurentius Nicholas Rodeiques from Nomaden Design Studio and Imelda from IKEA’s interior design service, discussing how to turn creative ideas into functional and aesthetic spaces. The second session, “The Perfect Solution for The Perfect Project”, welcomed Ramadhoni Dwipayana from Simon+Dhoni Studio, who shared insights on the importance of choosing the right materials.
GRANITO and RB SHERA’s participation in ARCH:ID 2025 further solidified their positions as innovative and aesthetically driven building material brands in Indonesia.
